If you skip to the end you can watch me and Liam Ward screaming on a ride
When I awoke, I felt lighter than I could ever have remembered. The past four years seemed like a dream, a distant storm, the low roll of the thunder the only thing reminding me it was real.
I had traversed from the outer reaches of myself to the very core. It felt like an intergalactic journey to discover some ancient truth, some legacy long forgotten. It was harrowing, almost monotonous but agonizing at the same time. Was it a dream? Absolutely not. It was more truthful than reality. It was a reality forged in strangeness and a heightened sense of awareness. I floated through it, trapped in an infinite feeling much like when you are dreaming but somehow also aware of your surroundings.
Then as the storm passed one last lightning bolt struck me and I awoke. The journey was over, I had shed and sacrificed so much to find out again who I was, what made me. But I was alive, I was awake, and I was no longer sleeping.
